Refund and Exchange Policy
Our refund and exchange policy is applicable up to 2-3 days after the product(s) has been delivered. If 2-3 days have passed since your purchased product(s) were delivered, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To avail a full refund, please contact us on our Social media handles or via email Hello@thehijabdotcom.store. If your case is eligible of a refund, you will be requested to send us the products via any courier services.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify that we have received your returned item.
Then your refund will be processed, and the amount will automatically be transferred to your chosen method of payment (bank account, easypaisa, jazz cash etc.) within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges are only possible if
- The product(s) is damaged, stained, defected or incomplete at the time of delivery.
- The product(s) you received doesn’t correspond to the description on the website.
Claim of exchange can be rejected if item(s) are found to be stained, worn, or modified from their original condition when they reach us, in which case the buyer will not be compensated. You must initiate an exchange request within 2-3 days of receiving your package, after which we may not be able to help you.
Process of Exchange:
Once your exchange is approved, please send the exchange items back at our Karachi warehouse with your original order ID mentioned clearly on top of it. The items should reach us no later than 10 days after your request has been approved.
We’ll issue you a voucher of the scarves amount after inspection that you can use at any of your future purchases.
For an exchange to take place, the item(s) must be in the same condition they were delivered in with all their packaging and/or tag(s) intact. Claim of exchange can be rejected if item(s) are found to be stained, worn, or modified from their original condition when they reach us, in which case the buyer will not be compensated.
Customers are responsible for any courier charges incurred during the exchange process.
All LCD displays are calibrated differently hence we cannot guarantee how the color looks on our screen, whether viewed through a laptop or cell phone device, matches exactly what’s displayed on your screen. All display screens deliver a different display experience hence exact color representation to real life is often difficult.
Although we try our best to depict the closest possible shade of what the hijab appears in natural light, a 100 percent match cannot be guaranteed considering the lightening, exposure and difference of display screens. Hence returns/exchanges cannot be processed on these basis. For best results, please view on a desktop screen

Non-exchangeable and Non-refundable items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Accessories such as pins, under scarves, scrunchies and niqabs cannot be returned or exchanged.
Unfortunately we don’t provide exchanges on sale items or gift cards
Strict action will be taken against all who don’t pay delivery charges after refusing the parcel on doorstep after the rider has reached your city and place of delivery. In case of parcel refusal, you need to pay Rs 200 delivery charges. Please refrain from causing trouble to an emerging business. Be a little considerate when you place an order with us, if you cannot provide your support please don’t be a liability by refusing a parcel.
